Numbers you enter
Calculations run in your browser. No application server receives those figures and they are not retained after leaving the page.
Saved drafts
Topic, sector and message are saved in browser storage only when you consent and press save. One draft is kept until you delete it or browser data is cleared. Saving another replaces it. Avoid saving on shared devices.
Downloads and email
Downloads are stored on your device. Opening in email places the message in your email application; you decide whether to send it. Deleting a website draft does not delete downloaded or emailed copies.
What to leave out
Do not enter a PIN, password, one-time code, balance, account number or identity document details.
External sites and imagery
No advertising or visitor analytics scripts are included. Hosting may retain ordinary access logs. External links follow their own policies. Images illustrate community life and do not identify actual staff or members.
